The ocean is about 4 kilometres away, the lake 3 kilometres away, and shops 4 kilometres away, offering a good balance between peace and accessibility.
The pavilion offers a functional and pleasant living space, with a living area including a dining area and a comfortable lounge equipped with a television. The kitchenette integrated into the living area is fully equipped for a completely independent stay, with hob, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and storage. The bathroom, with bathtub and washbasin unit, provides appreciable comfort for family holidays, while the toilet is separate.
