About this villa rental
Magnificent villa of 485 sq.m. with a beautiful garden affords one of the most breathtaking fantastic views over the corfiot countryside to the Ionian sea and the mainland of Greece. Immersed in a natural beauty rich in olive groves, the modern villa is designed on three levels and is built in a contemporary architectural style, in shades of blue and beige.
As you enter this beautiful estate of 9000 sq.m. you will notice the stone built wall which surrounds the entire property and the deep water infinity swimming pool together with barbecue facilities: one stone bbq on the spacious balcony and the other under the pergola next ro the pool.
Once you enter the villa, you will see a spacious living room with fireplace and colonial style dining room equipped with a table of 8 people. Connected to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where you can find 4 comfortable bedrooms: one master with double bed, one twin room (2 single beds) a dressing room, a large bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower, 2 sinks and a toilet, Two children bedrooms (2 single beds each) with bathrooms ensuite and shower. On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower ensuite.This level also comprises a big comfortable garden style sitting area, a store room, laundry and a toilet.
The house is equipped with central heating system and security alarm system with surveillance cameras. Villa has its own generator with an automatic transfer switch. So you will never be without power. The villa is airconditioned, tastefully designed and offers an exquisite stunning views of the mountain and the sea from its large veranda and balconies.
The 6x17 meter infinity swimmingpool, decorated with mosaic, is located 1 level below the villa. With the large pergola, open dinning area, bbq and all necessary equipment, this large area is perfect for entertaining and barbeques. With teak sunbeds, hammocks, outside shower and beautifull decoration, the pool area is as elegant and confortable as the villa. Outdoors jacuzzi, just beside the pool.
Next to the pool you can find a building with a navy style indoors sitting and a fabulous SPA, a hammam, a sauna and a gym.

What a surprise we had on arrival at the Villa - it surpassed all expectations. The views and the gardens and the large pool were immaculate and inviting.
The Villa itself was beautifully furnished and the whole complex had everything a multiple aged family could want. An equipped gym, games room, steam and sauna rooms.
Restaurants snd bars within a few minutes drive.
The owner and staff are charming and helpful with recommendations.
An amazingly lovely place.

This is our favorite vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Listing is 100% accurate, but doesn't quite do justice to how beautiful the villa is. House is nice, beautiful gardens, incredible view, huge pool. There is also a housekeeper who lives on the property. Mina had excellent recommendations for activities and local restaurants, and communication was extremely prompt. Nothing I would change about this place.

We had a fantastic 1 month stay at the villa. We were a two families with young children (4 kids in total), and the villa provided a great spot for the family to relax and enjoy Corfu. The view is absolutely amazing from the second you enter the gates. It absolutely lives up to the pictures. The swimming pool is truly special, and the highlight of the property. We spent many afternoons with kids and adults in the pool while enjoying the view of the ocean. The house is very large with ample room to spread out (especially with multiple families staying together). The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable for any cooking you need to do. Mina (host/concierge) answered every question we had on things to do in Corfu as well as anything we needed at home. Elena (housekeeper) was absolutely amazing. She helped with any need we had at the property and went above and beyond to ensure the house was spotless throughout the day. She truly made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday! The house is located in southern Corfu which seemed to be the quieter end of the island, but there is plenty close. The village of Messongi is about a 7 minute drive with all you need there as well as a stunning beach and access to the ocean. Also within 20 minutes on the west side of the island are multiple sandy beaches which we frequented throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful Corfu!

Tout était parfait.
La villa est somptueuse. Tout est spacieux.
Merci à Aleksei et à Vera pour leur accueil ( le délicieux repas à l’arrivée, l’huile etc) et leur disponibilité.
Au niveau fonctionnel, il ne manque rien.
Petit village pittoresque à 15 min à pied avec restaurant très typique.
Une magnifique expérience !!!
