Welcome to this stylish private villa, offering 6-bedrooms, all ensuite, comfortably accommodating 12+2 guests. Enjoy the panoramic sea, mountain and marina views, the large 90 m² pool, and 3 outdoor dining areas for unforgettable gatherings & grill nights by the BBQ. Just 15 minutes from Corfu Town and 7 minutes from the Gouvia Marina, the villa combines privacy, convenience, and unique design - ideal for extended families or large friend groups seeking togetherness and space to unwind

Set on a private hillside, the villa begins with the outdoors A large 90 m² pool with sun-beds, umbrellas and 3 lounge areas complete the first level, framed by sea and mountain views. Just a few steps up from the pool, beside the kitchen, the main outdoor dining terrace overlooks the water, perfect for long lunches. A second table sits outside the living room for evening drinks, while a fully equipped BBQ area with its own dining table invites convenient grill nights.
Inside, the villa is a split-level design across two offset wings. Entering through the central wing at mid-level, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms on your left, each with a private balcony. A short staircase leads up to the master bedroom, complete with a private balcony where you can enjoy views of the sea and pool. Going down instead brings you to the open-plan living room and kitchen, which connect directly to the outdoor terraces and dining areas. Just half a level lower, a corridor leads to 2 more bedrooms providing direct access to the lawn and a simple outdoor route to the pool. While at the very bottom you’ll find another bedroom with king bed and a double sofa bed, the laundry area, which also includes a second fridge.
Note that this is the only room that has only windows but no patio or balcony.
Because of the well though design:
- All bedrooms are not located next to each other, offering ample privacy and quietness.
- Short internal staircases connect every area.
- Living spaces sit at the heart of the villa with easy access to the pool and outdoor dining.
