Good little apartment for Yosemite. Well equipped kitchen. Make sure you read the email instructions they send you, so you can find it, park in the right place and have the code to get in!
Beware, there are lots of stairs to access this. Wasn’t a problem for us, but would be if you’re not mobile.
TV system is complicated. All remote controls were out of batteries, as were the emergency flashlights, luckily we didn’t need the flashlights.

We were told that there would be a 98 dollar cleaning fee a week before the rental. Thankfully, they didn't charge us after we argued it, but the fact that they thought they could do that is crazy. The internet also sucks and there is no cell service here, FYI.

The small bed was very comfortable. The apartment is located close to Yosemite Valley and the Badger Pass ski area.
The 58! stairs down to this basement apartment should have been disclosed in the listing. The stairs were icy and water dripped on them from the roof most of the way. The central heating didn't work and we had to leave our bedroom door open to feel some heat from the small wall heater in the living room. The dishwasher was extremely loud because the door was broken. There were ants. Lastly, we were told bluntly that we wouldn't get a refund if the road to the apartment was impassable due to snow. Thankfully the road and stairs were cleared before we arrived.
