Villa Pedra Alghero - appartamento in villa con piscina

Leuke uitvalsbasis om vanuit daar naar Alghero, Bosa en de grotten van Neptunus te gaan. Erg fijn huis met zwembad en eigenlijk alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons ook tips gegeven.

Je hoort de weg wel een beetje.

The two bedrooms were quiet and dark and offered a good night’s sleep.

The shower enclosure requires maintenance as it came off the rails constantly. The bathroom suffers from a bad drainage odour. I would also suggest upgrading the TV to a smart version as this would enable guests to download news or movie apps. The rental agreement says “entire villa” however Bruno (who was very pleasant) lives downstairs! Finally, the location address doesn’t match with google maps so it’s very hard to find especially at night.

Tolle Lage, man ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Alghero Altstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett & zuvorkommend - ich kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall sehr weiterempfehlen, würde ich immer wieder buchen! :)

Leider hat es aus dem Abfluss im Bad ein wenig gestunken.

The owner was very kindly and helpfull, he took us to buy some local wine and cheese. Very kind! Only 10 minutes away from old town of Alghero, supermarket.

The busy road next to the house (a lot of traffic and noise and the fact that the description said that the house was next to a quiet road, quiet environment), the fact that the owner lived in the same house on the groundfloor (the describtion did not mention that, it suggests that you have the house for yourself), unannounced the owner organised a party for friends during the day where they practised music very very loud, the very smelly toilet, no watercooker (for tea, we had to boil water in a pan, the describtion did mention there should be one. When we asked, the son of the owner (he is responsible for renting the appartement) say " currently not available"). We have paid € 1300 for 5 nights in low saison september, no value for that amount of money.
