Poor price-quality ratio

Location in the center of the city

The room had no windows. The girl at the reception said it was mentioned in the ad, but I didn’t see that. Because of that, it was very stuffy the whole time. The air conditioner was working, but it didn’t cool at all — even after the receptionist’s intervention, there was no noticeable difference. There was no kitchenette or fridge either. For the same price, I stayed in apartments in Belgrade and Kruševac, both of which were much better, so the price–quality ratio here is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone (I’d rather call it a room).

Nice hostesses, good location.

Doors of bathroom, can't be closed. They are broken. As well entrance door ware broken, and just patched. Front hallway door are unlocked all night. Big safety issues.

We booked for 2 adults and 11 years old child and was given 2 single beds. Also room didn’t have any windows. Our shower was blocked so we were unable to shower when we arrived.

Modern cosy place in the center

We were greeted by a truly pleasant and helpful lady. The apartment is really well located - in the very city center. We had a small fridge, a kettler and basic cuttlery. There was a hairdryer as well. The bed was large and comfortable and there were romantic red lights on the ceiling. The furniture seemed new and modern. The bathroom sink, toilet and shower were clean.

The apartment had no toiletries and no slippers. As I walked around in my socks I could see that the floor was dusty, as were some other surfaces. These, however, are things that are rather easy to fix, and the lady who greeted us showed great appreciation for suggestions, which will undoubtedly lead to the place being superb next time we visit.

place as advertised, in city center, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff

The property was exactly as advertised - apartments in a building in the heart of the city. Our apartment was a one room apartment that sleeps four. it was walking distance from everything- the fort, cafes, restaurants, main square, and shopping centre.

the building was a bit tricky to find, but the wonderful staff was there to help and guide us. I recommend connecting with the staff ahead of your arrival to get exact directions. also, parking is a bit far, which is a common issues in all of Smederevo, not specific to these apartments. I recommend connecting with the staff when you arrive, parking on a side street to unload your bags and then parking at their spot. Even if you don’t do this, it’s still manageable. we ended up wheeling our bag to the apartment. it’s a short (less than 5min walk) from the parking place.

Bad

The floor seemed clean but it was very dirty under the beds, even some cigarettes. The was nobody upon arrival and neither for the checkout. Even though the conditions say checkout from 7am to 11am they asked me that had to be at 10am because before nobody would be there. The place it's difficult to find. There are some bright emergency light that shines into your face during the night. The bed sheets had stains.

Its placed in the city center, everything is near you. Rooms are very clean, host's are really pleasent and kind! There are everything you need for a couple of days to stay! We will getting back SOP.
