Wir wurden durch Frau Schuldt sehr herzlich begrüßt und sie hat uns einen netten Empfang mit Blumen und Sekt bereitet. Selten haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung gehabt, die zudem auch noch durch liebevolle Extras sehr gemütlich war. Drau0ßen gehören idyllisxhe Sitzecken im Garten zum Feirendomizil. Wir haben es mit 4 Frauen sehr komfortabel und gemütlich gehabt und úns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in einer großen Ferienwohnung bei sehr netten Vermietern im Wohnhaus nebenan verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen und auch der bei älteren Bewertungen als mäßig bewertete Internetzugang war bei uns definitiv beseitigt! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die herzliche Aufnahme und die wunderbare Erholungszeit!

Lage super, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Der Garten liegt vor der Wohnung und ist klein, aber wirklich fein. Die Ausstattung ist älter bis modern - wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Einen wirklichen Ausblick hat die Wohnung nicht. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zurück haltend. Sie wohnen direkt daneben.

Im Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das Ferienhaus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zur Begrüßung standen frische Blumen, Sekt und etwas Schokolade auf dem Tisch - toll! Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett, der Garten idyllisch und direkt nebenan ein toller Spielplatz. Alles in Allem war es schöner Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. In der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns die vielfältige Beleuchtung gefallen, die die Räume sehr gemütlich macht. Küche und kleines Schlafzimmer sind sehr dunkel, und die Aufteilung der Räume ist nicht optimal.

Der Empfang war sehr lieb, mit Blumen und Sekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, was aber nicht 4-Stern ist, ist das Badezimmer und hier vor allem die Dusche, die dringend einer Erneuerung bedarf !

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sie ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich, man findet alles sofort. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt mehrere schöne Sitzecken. Auch hier ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt mit Blumen, Sekt und Pralinen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns gut erholt. Ich kann dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit 💐

das haus ist schön gelegen, der garten ist gemütlich und die ausstattung sehr gut, auch an extras wie waschmaschine, trockner, spiele etc sowie eine detailliert ausgestattete küche mangelte es nicht! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder, der einzige kleine nachteil war ein sehr schlechter internetempfang. besonders haben wir uns über die liebe begrüßung mit sekt, blumen und süßem gefreut! die vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr angenehme menschen.

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nur anschließen. Vor Ort war das Haus noch schöner, als wie auf den Fotos. Wir wurden herzlich mit Blumen, Sekt und Süßem empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dieses befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Von der Ersatzzahnbürste bis zum Duschgel. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Wie zuhause. Der Garten, der nicht einsehbar ist, läd zum Verweilen ein. Ein Spielplatz ist ganz in der Nähe Der Wohnort ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man schnell auf Fehmarn, nach Kiel oder Lübeck kommt. Auch mit den Vermietern kann man mal ein Wort schnacken. Die Mühe, dieses Haus einzurichten, hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Wir werden es bestimmt wieder mieten. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Fam. Schuldt für die erholsamen Ferientage. Es war Entspannung pur. Wir verbrachten im August 2012 zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass es einfach Spaß macht, darin zu wohnen. Nebenbei haben die Wirte wirklich an ALLES gedacht, was der Gast brauchen könnte - vom Fön über Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner bis hin zu einem kleinen Tritthöckerchen für unsere anderthalb Jahre alte Tochter war alles vorhanden. Sehr praktisch für uns war generell die Kleinkindausstattung, die uns viel Gepäck ersparte. Die bunten Kindertrinkbecher fand unsere Kleine so toll, dass wir sie daheim direkt nachgekauft haben :) Sehr liebevoll war auch die Begrüßung - für uns standen frische Blumen, Sekt, Gummibärchen und leckere Schokolade bereit. So loben wir uns den Urlaubsbeginn! Nicht zuletzt war das Haus auch wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto war man schnell an einem der diversen schönen Strände und wenn mal kein Strandwetter war, versorgten die Vermieter uns auch mit super Insidertipps für Ausflüge. Wobei wir lobend anmerken müssen, dass sie sich sogar um das Wetter gekümmert hatten - in den zwei Wochen schien fast ununterbrochen die Sonne. Sehr zuvorkommend! Fazit: wir kommen gern wieder und denken oft an den schönen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus!

Die Objektbeschreibung im Internet entspricht absolut der Realität vor Ort. Kontaktaufnahme,Buchung,Bergrüßung,Betreuung schnell, einfach,herzlich und kompetent. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier mehr wie gut aufgehoben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und auch das Einkaufen bereitet keine Probleme. Alle Informationen sind perfekt in der Ferienhausmappe dargestellt und es bleiben keine Fragen offen.Wenn doch, die sehr netten und offenen Vermieter haben immer ein Ohr für Fragen. Wir haben hier 6 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Bilder im Internet versprechen schon sehr viel. In der Realität wird aber noch einer draufgesetzt. Nicht nur die funktiionale und sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen, sonder die Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung! Hier hatten wir das Gefühl, die Vermieter haben etwas sehr persönliches erschaffen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.Wir kennen schon etliche Unterkünfte, aber so schön und gemütlich haben wir noch nie unseren Urlaub verbracht.Die Größe ist angemessen für 4-5 Personen. Die beiden größten Räume Küche und Wohnzimmer bieten viel Platz zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Stauraum ist ausreichend im Flur vorhandenund das Schlafzimmer ist groß genug. Der zweite Schlafraum ist zwar kleiner, aber ausreichend für den Zweck. Das Bad ist sehr sauber, funktionell eingerichtet. Besonders waren wir beeindruckt von den Fußböden im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.Diese Böden sehen optisch wie Holzbohlen aus, es handelt sich aber um Fliesen,wirklich schön.(Hausschuhe sind empfehlenswert) Zu den Außenanlagenönnen können wir nur sagen, sehr schöner Garten mit einer Terasse, einer kleinen überdachten Sitzgruppe und der Liegewiese mit 2 Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Aufgrund der Anlage dieser Plätze ist auch die Privatsphäre gesichert, da sie etwas sichtgeschützt sind. Die Sauberkeit und der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung und der Aussenanlagen sind vorbildlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Möglichkeit nutzen. Fazit: Freundliche,serviceorientierte Vermieter. Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut ok.
