Located on a quiet beach block in Lavallette, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and classic Jersey Shore charm. Grill outside, unwind with family, and gather together for games, laughs and late-night conversations. It's the kind of place where summer traditions are made year after year.
This home offers 6 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms and has all the amenities including central air conditioning, flat screen television in the open concept living rooms/dining area and kitchen. Washer/Dryer, 2 Kitchens with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and WIFI are all provided. Outdoors provide lounge chairs, umbrellas, eating area and barbecue grill. Also two private outside shower to rinse off after walking off the beach.
A wonderful family area, walking distance to ice cream parlors, miniature golf and restaurants. Just a bike ride away from the famous Seaside Park Boardwalk and Casino Pier Rides and Breakwater Beach Water Park and just a few miles away from the Point Pleasant Boardwalk.
First and second floor each have 3 bedrooms.
(1st Fl.) : Bedroom 1 has a King size bed , Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds.
(2nd Fl) : Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed , Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and Bedroom 3 has two twin trundle beds (sleeps 4).
**Please Note: Linens or towels are NOT provided. Just bring your sheets and towels and enjoy this immaculate beach block home ready to make your family memories.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Great week long stay in lavallette. House was perfect for our extended family of 12. Outdoor space was amazing, large outdoor table accommodated us all for dinner. Perfect location to walk to the beach or downtown lavallette.

Beautiful home - plenty of sleeping space. Cabinets are full of dishes, glasses, silverware, spices, etc. Lorena, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We met her husband while there and he was lovely - very helpful recommending restaurants. (They ended up having to rent another place down the shore for the holiday weekend, instead of staying in their own beautiful home. They still had the integrity of keeping my reservation after realizing they weren’t going to have their home available when they wanted to stay there). That says a lot about their character.The backyard was gorgeous. Very private with beautiful landscaping, 2 outdoor showers, 2 outdoor grills, large table for big family to eat at, and a fire pit as well! Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a big family. We had 5 kids and 8 adults and there was plants of room. Very clean and open. The neighborhood is very quiet. A very short walk to the beach or a 3 min ride to Brooklyn ave Bay beach for little kids.
