About this house rental
Located in Lavallette this 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home comfortable sleeps 17! The listing price is for 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Great space for large family get togethers!! There are two living areas (one with an ocean view), a fully stocked kitchen including a large kitchen table that seats 14! The deck off the kitchen has a large table and BBQ covered by a brand new sunscape. The front porch has a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The backyard has a large seating area with umbrellas for shade around a firepit. A clotheslined is provided. The outdoor shower completes all of the shore house necessities. The backyard is completely fenced in. There is a separate outside attached cottage that has a 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The use of the cottage is an extra fee.
Huge plus! Onsite parking for up to four cars!!
Utility room has a brand new Samsung washer and dryer and an extra fridge!

House and owner amazing! Perfect location! So much space for 15 of us to live for week and not feel tight. Plenty of room to be together when wanted (big family dinners all at 1 table) and room to hide away with own space when need alone time. Fenced in back yard AWESOME for special needs son & niece. Beach was great. Location and neighbors lovely. Highly recommend. I’d stay every year if could swing it!

My extended family of ten had a lovely stay in this very desirable location in Lavallette. You can walk to everything...especially shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Susan was so reliable with communication throughout the week. We had such a fun and relaxing stay!!!
