Sam was very welcoming and informative

The continental style, “help yourself” to fruit, coffee/tea, juice, milk, bread/biscuits, peanut butter, jam, Nutella, cucumbers, treats etc. was an added “shared kitchen” bonus. It made for a very enjoyable, relaxed wake-up. Loved the keypad and easy fob entry. Sam is an excellent host, who communicated very thorough instructions/expectations and was very visible throughout the stay, but not invasive by any means. The home is cleaned daily, I believe between 10 and 3 (all common areas), so it is spotless throughout the stay. Very quiet place. Lots of parking in visible area, and close to main door.

The place had great amenities and was very spacious, making it comfortable to relax during my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was very communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process and communication were.

Unfortunately, there was too much noise coming from the room next to mine until after midnight, despite the property’s policy regarding quiet hours. It wasn’t the owner’s fault, but there is definitely a downside to having so many rooms rented out in one place. It was simply bad luck.
