Clean,spacious the host is so nice and king.
A bit too bright in the room by 5 am. Perhaps a darker shade or curtains would be better

Sam is an amazing host! He stopped by to welcome us to the property, and he even called me immediately when I left a personal item behind, waiting for us to come back and pick it up. He is super attentive. The location is very convenient to all the main attractions, just 20 minutes away from Charlottetown by car. The place was incredibly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets.
We loved everything! If we had one tiny suggestion, it would just be to add an iron and ironing board to the room.

Very clean, good location for us, well appointed, someone who was close by to address concerns. Quiet, beautifully landscaped!
Wasn’t keen on the breakfast arrangement but there was a Tim’s close by

Too many rules. Take your shoes off ect… I ordered one room but when I got there was given another. Load in is tough with very high brick stairs to front door Unremarkable breakfast for the price … fruit, yogurt, juice doughnuts - nothing special
