Situation idéale pour proximité de la plage,surtout avec jeunes enfants. Au cœur de cette petite station balnéaire qui s'est refait une beauté pendant cette période spéciale de pandémie. Que des façades relookées, végétation luxuriante, style Côte d'Azur. Appartement très soigné, chaque détail de bon goût et d'attentions sympathiques. Locataires, voisinage courtois et agréable. La serrure de la porte donnant dehors est a changer. Le frigidaire trop petit pour plusieurs personnes . Sinon appartement tres agreable bien situé propre et bien équipé . Tres belle terrasse. A recommander.

Téléviseur mal placé par rapport au canapé. Climatisation à prevoir car impossible de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte la nuit.
