In the heart of the family resort of St Palais Sur Mer, on the Place de l'Océan and at the foot of the office beach, F2 apartment of 32 m² for 4 people located on the 2nd floor in a secure residence and classified as a built heritage of exceptional interest.
Lively village square, night market, all shops and restaurants, children's merry-go-round and Mickey club at the foot of the residence.

It consists of a beautiful living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with top-of-the-range bedding (sleeping 160x190), a television, a WII console, and of course WiFi internet access.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a multi-function microwave with grill, an induction hob, a SENSEO coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom has a nice shower, a washing machine, a vanity unit and a hairdryer.
The bathroom has double accessibility through the living room and the bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with quality mattress (140x190 sleeping) and a storage chest.
For little sailors on holiday, a beach bucket and its accessories are available.
For the well-being of all, this apartment is strictly non-smoking, please respect this restriction.
