About this house rental
This independent holiday home is located in San Lupo (Benevento) in a farmstead in the hills of Sannio, on the slopes of Mount Mutria. The holiday home offers plenty of space surrounded by nature, ideal for children and for walks in the park, but also for enjoying a romantic holiday with privacy. From here you can easily go on excursions on foot or by mountain bike. Guardia Sanframondi, a small hilltop town known as Straordinaria gemma del Sud (Jewel of the South), is just 4 kilometres away. Here you can visit historical sights and monuments, and in the Estate Guardiese (summer festivals) there are many events such as concerts and cinema in the castle. Just 16 km away are the Telese thermal baths, where you can do something good for body and soul in the beautiful swimming pools with thermal water and hydromassage, in the saunas or with various treatments in the beauty centre. Every year at the end of September, an important mushroom festival takes place in the area, attracting tourists from all over Europe. In the historic centre of Guardia Sanframondi, around 3 km away, you can admire the nativity scene during the Christmas period. In San Lorenzello (11 km), you can stroll through the streets of the village and the Christmas market and be enchanted by the spectacular artistic illuminations. Equally enchanting are the illuminations of Salerno (98 km), which enhance the seafront promenade and squares of this beautiful city. Those who love winter sports will find plenty of opportunities for fun and entertainment in Campitello Matese (55 km).

Very nice house up on a hill, away from any noise.
Large swimming pool with lots of accessories
House is very well equipped too
The owners are very reactive too. We faced a few minor problems & each time they came to the house within minutes & solved it each time.

The house is large and well furnished in large and well kept grounds. The pool is a good size and really warm and was the highlight for the kids. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery. Nearby are lovely little villages/ towns with all the shops and restaurants you need. The owner lives nearby and is very welcoming and on hand if needed. Would definitely recommend.
