DOMUS Incantada is a farm which is located in SAN LUPO nestling between the hills of Sannio at the foot of Mount Mutria, in the quiet countryside, in an area full of history of archaeological sites and nature reserves.

The property borders the stream Janare which takes its name from an ancient legend.
Among the services offered from the farm:
Salt water pool mountain biking; games for children and outdoor barbecue.
Guided visits to the mills of the place and the many cellars of the neighboring country Sanframondi Guard "City of Wine"
Accommodation is offered in six beds in a house surrounded by greenery with kitchenette and equipped with every comfort.
