Beautiful villa with a size of 200 sqm and total privacy (completely secluded) in a quiet dream location!
The luxury villa with stunning views and private pool offers 2 bedrooms each with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms en suite, 90sqm living / dining room with small open kitchen and a separate guest toilet. In all rooms air conditioning, carport, 60sqm infinity pool with beautiful secluded pool terrace (partly covered) which ensures an unrestricted privacy. In addition to the view over the pool, sea on the island of Koh Phangan to Bophut, the golf course and the great landscape offers the possibility of total relaxation. Sleeps 4 people. The fully furnished open plan kitchen offers. from the juicer to the coffee / tea maker everything you need to feel good. The large living area about 90 sqm is modern and stylish and has flat screen TV, HiFi stereo system with radio CD / DVD / USB stick and AUX., Satellite TV (DW). Internet Wlan is available on request and for a fee. The bedrooms are comfortably equipped with integrated deck lighting and table lamps, air conditioning, hair dryer, attractive home accessories and CD / DVD player and i-Pod station. The bathrooms en suite (1 bath with bathtub, 1 bath with walk-in rain shower) are to feel good and relax. The terrace invites you to linger and sunbathe. Both the terrace in front of the bedroom and the terrace in front of the living area are comfortably arranged with ample deckchairs and various seating options. The view from the pool terrace is a thousand different, breathtaking and will remain unforgotten even if you are already at home. Already we wish you the luck to enjoy the unforgotten starry sky. Jutta was a wonderful host. Great communication and gave us lots of recommendations about things to do on the island. The view here is incredible and the location is perfect. It's just a couple minutes away from the main road but it's far enough away that it's calm and peaceful. It's so private. The pool and the outdoor area are almost not visible to any properties around, so you can pretty much relax however you want here. The showers and bath are wonderful, with almost instant hot water. Jutta knows a rental car lady, and connected us with her so that we could very conveniently get a nice rental car without having to deal with any rental companies. Especially from the exterior when you're driving up the road, the villa looks stunning. We live over 10,000 miles away in NW USA, but this villa was so nice that we're dreaming of coming back to it someday. Thanks Jutta!

Die Lage der Hauses, die Aussicht, die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer, der gesamte Aussenbereich ist grosszügig und wunderschön. Absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist genial mit der einmaligen Aussicht über die Berge und das Meer mit Koh Phangan am Horizont. Die verschiedenen Restaurants in der Umgebung sind fein und einladend. Nebst einheimischer Küche ist es kein Problem, auch westliche Speisen zu erhalten. Der schmale, schöne Strand ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wenige Leute. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist nötig da das Haus über eine äusserst steile Anfahrt zu erreichen ist. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter war jeder Zeit zuvorkommend ,informativ und wertschätzend. Das Haus wurde zwei mal in der Woche gereinigt. Der Verwalter ist jeder Zeit über Handy erreichbar. Fragen unsererseits wurden lösungsorientiert beantwortet. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Das Wlan ist exterem schnell.

Die Villa Joel war im August 2019 zwei Wochen unser Urlaubsdomizil.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Stunde an in diesem Traumhaus sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Die Lage und Aussicht sind phantastisch.
Die Gegend zählt sicher zu den besten Wohngegenden der Insel und liegt abseits von den großen Tourismusgebieten.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Pool zum Meer bis nach Koh Phangan ist absolut genial.
Den großen und sauberen Infinitypool haben wir intensiv Tag und Nacht genutzt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass Pool und Terrasse absolut uneinsehbar sind.
Auf Grund der Höhenlage gab es kaum Moskitos und ein immer währendes Lüftchen machte die Hitze deutlich erträglicher.
Die Auffahrt ist etwas steil, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Allerdings einen Leihwagen sollte man dafür schon haben.
Traumhafte, ruhige Strände und wirklich gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar
Die Besitzerin, Jutta, hat dem vollständigen Urlaubsglück noch den Rest gegeben.
Wir hatten ab der Buchung einen super-netten Kontakt. Wir haben uns vor der Reise häufig ausgetauscht und Jutta versorgte uns mit vielen guten Ratschlägen. Besonders die Restaurant-Tipps waren alle top.
Jutta hat für uns sogar das Mietauto organisiert, dass bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen parat stand.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der Verwalter vor Ort. Bernd war absolute Spitze. Von der ersten Stunde an war er immer für uns da, wenn wir ihn gebraucht haben.

Unser Fazit: Stressfreier Traumurlaub - besser geht`s nicht.

Wir wussten nach dem letzten Aufenthalt 2015, dass wir wiederkommen würden - die phantastische Aussicht ging uns nicht mehr aus dem Kopf.
Und so war es auch diesmal wieder wundervoll, vom Rand des großen Infinity-Pools über die Palmenhügel und das Meer zu schauen. In dieser Postion in erster Reihe am Hang und mit absolut ruhiger Nachbarschaft wird man dies kaum andernorts auf Koh Samui finden. Hier ist die Insel noch etwas im relaxteren Modus der früheren Jahre, auch wenn der Verkehr auf der Uferstraße deutlich zugenommen hat. Günstige und authentische Restaurants, in denen man mit den Füßen im Sand essen kann, sind am Bangpor-Beach ganz nahebei. Dort kann man sich bei 7-11 auch mit dem Nötigsten eindecken. Man benötigt natürlich einen Mietwagen und die steile Anfahrt kann man auch mit einem PKW gut bewältigen, wenn er etwas besser motorisiert ist. (Wir hatten einen Toyota Altis)
Es gibt nun im Haus auch schnelleres und besseres Internet, so dass man seine tollen Fotos sogleich den Lieben zuhause zukommen lassen kann ;-)
Die Betreuung ist perfekt, man hat eine Handynummer des Verwalters und kann per Whatsapp kommunizieren, falls es ein Problem geben sollte, ist er sogleich zur Stelle - aber auch die Vermieterin ist erreichbar.
Was in einer abwertenden Rezension hier früher angeführt wird, kann ich ganz und gar nicht bestätigen - die nächsten Strände sind schön, die Lage ist traumhaft. Pool und Terrasse haben bis zum Abend Sonne, es gibt aber auch Schatten für die, die nicht 12 Stunden braun braten müssen.
Und dass es hier etwas ruhiger ist, werte ich gerade als Vorteil.
Dieser Hügel mit seinen Villen ist ein Refugium für alle, die Schönheit und Privatsphäre zu schätzen wissen.
