Luz y balcones junto a la Giralda

L'emplacement. Bien situé et assez calme.

La terrasse n'est qu'un passage pour se rendre à l'appartelent, elle n'est pas adaptée pour s'y detendre et elle est sale. Il manquait une cafetière electrique, il y avait une vieille cafetiere en fer vieille et pas propre.

La decoración, comodidad de la cama, ubicación y calefacción.

Awesome location.

The entry into the apartment was slippery. The kitchen lacked some essentials. The bathroom ran out of hot water quickly.

Central location was very handy. Good sized accommodation and reasonably well equipped. Comfortable sofas and nice to have a firestick to watch Youtube videos. Good bathroom. Window shutters were essential to shut out the light at night.

The apartment is listed everywhere as being at 40 Calle Francos. It is not. The property is located at 29 Calle Alvarez Quintero. (two streets away). The agent that met us was running late and was messaging in Spanish. We were replying in English and both sides were using a translate tool on their phones. We were waiting at the wrong address. The agent treated us like idiots for being at the advertised address (which was wrong). The apartment was tired and in desperate need of a bit of money, time and effort being invested into it. e.g. broken bit of wood sticking out from under the small sofa. Kitchenette worktops were old and worn out. Top of the washing machine was loose. The toaster was dirty and unusable. The bottom of the kitchen wall unit was missing. The occasional loud noise from the street below during the night could be improved with better sound insulation. Overall poor value for what you got. Guests are also expected to take their rubbish with them after their stay. For the price, this should be down to the owners to deal with. The bathroom could do with a small side table/cupboard/shelf to put clothes on whilst in the shower. It's not nice having to use the toilet for this.
