Clean, excellent breakfast, good shuttle to Sorrento
It was disappointing that the roof bar was closed
Some areas need a refurbishment

The room was spacious with a very clean, modern bathroom,
The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from.
The outdoor pool area was very clean.
The rooftop patio had great views. The entertainment was enjoyable.

Very Good breakfast except coffee machine was very poor all week
Bedrooms and entire hotel spotlessly clean but house maids forgot to top up toilet rolls and paper towels on more than one occasion. Room walls are not sound proofed from neighbouring bedrooms.

I only liked the big breakfast - but felt weird seeing flies laid on the food that was out.
Dirty room, dirty shower, dirty / rusty workout area, average food, bad experience with late night desk person not being able to speak English, all facilities need updates.

"The rooms were lovely, the adults only vibe, the live entertainment, pool and friendliness of the staff. The hotel bus that was put on to take guests to the centre."
