Minoa Apartments

Really enjoyed the stay at this apartment. Staff is very friendly. Room was spacious, with all the amenities and big terrace. Big enough parking area and kids zone. Tasty breakfast with large selection. Felt luxurious.

Would be nice to put parking location in description. Navigation by address takes you from the other side.

The staff, nice vibe, amazing breakfast

Nothing

A spacious room, with everything we needed. The playground for the children was a nice place to spend some time. The parking for our car very convenient.

Location close to Heraklion. Beautiful exterior design with playground and pool

But, the pictures displayed on the booking site for the presentation of the one-bedroom apartment are not nearly the same as the reality. The air conditioning blows directly on the bed. The TV was located in the hall, difficult to watch from the bedroom. We couldn't find any music or international news stations (MTV. BBC, CNN) The kitchenette is located in front of the double bed. And I found the fridge full of water and it started to cool down after two days. I found the TV remote control with low batteries. Two light bulbs The kettle full of limestone We did not find any toiletries (soap, shower gel), dishwashing detergent, dish sponge, kitchen towels, disinfectant. The room was cleaned once every two or three days. So we had to throw away our own garbage and wipe the floor with what we had at hand. I did not feel Cretan hospitality in any way, no question, no suggestion, no advice. We managed as best we could so as not to ruin our vacation.
