We have thought of everything just bring clothes. A private dock with 180 degree channel views will give you endless time to relax, fish, or swim. There is a 3000' private runway in the neighborhood use caution and drive slowly when arriving.

The property is located in a nice spot on the lake, dock was easily accessible, and the host was great. Great spot to chill with some friends. Would recommend.
