Old Provencal farmhouse completely renovated, adjoining a private house (owner's family), shaded terrace (pergola) of 40 m², semi-enclosed private plot of 11,900 m², garage for 1 car plus covered shelter for 2
cars, 10 x 5 swimming pool with spa, 40 m² covered pool house (summer kitchen) including garden furniture for 8 people, barbecue, plancha, sink, hob, microwave, dishwasher and table fridge- top, children's swing, stabilized boules area and half basketball court.
Ideal for 2 families with children looking for calm and tranquility.
