About this villa rental
New on AirBnB! We are starting the rental of our little paradise:) Come and discover it, whether it's to relax or to move, it's all there!! Recently renovated Provencal farmhouse, located in a quiet green setting, near Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon or St Rémy de Provence. Peaceful and spacious, it offers a relaxing stay for all.
The outdoor area:
The 3200m² plot includes a carport (spaces for 3 cars), an orchard, a large grassy area with trampoline, a 9x4 salt swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of September) with a large travertine beach (secured by an approved bar tarpaulin with motorized reel), a pergola for eating, and a bowling green. A large shed/outdoor area, covered and furnished, also allows you to have lunch/dinner in the shelter, or to enjoy games of table tennis or darts with family or friends.
The indoor space:
The house can accommodate 10 people very comfortably (5 bedrooms equipped with double beds), as well as 5 additional people.
On the first floor of this house, in the first part, you will find a large kitchen with gas cooker, open to a large living/dining room. The living room opens onto the vestibule of the second part with a toilet, a bathroom with toilet, bedroom nº4 (bunk beds, double downstairs and single upstairs for 1 additional person), and a laundry room leading to bedroom nº5 (sofa bed, 17cm mattress).
Two staircases, a first stone staircase from the kitchen, and a second wooden staircase from the vestibule, lead to the first floor, which is connected. Via the stone staircase, you will access the first part with bedroom nº1 (double bed), a toilet, a large bathroom, a shower room, and bedroom nº2 (double bed and possibility of single mattresses on the floor for 2 additional people). Via the wooden staircase, you will access the second part with an office/gym including a sleeping area partitioned by curtains and equipped with a sofa bed (for 2 additional people), a shower room, and bedroom nº3 (king size bed). Bedrooms nº2 and nº3 are connected via a lockable door but each has an independent access to the common areas.
