Pleasant duplex for 4 people, ideally located opposite the port. and the marvelous Traict du Croisic (shuttles to the islands, Pen Bron peninsula etc.)
Quiet and bright, close to all shops and restaurants, this apartment is fully equipped with a 160 cm double bed separable into 2 individual beds (2X80cm) and a very comfortable 140cm sofa bed.

Le gros point positif est la vue ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Catherine la propriétaire. Cependant nous n’avons pas été entièrement satisfait pour les raisons suivantes : -appartement « dans son jus » avec bcp de travaux à mener pour le remettre aux normes. -vaisselle et équipement de cuisine disparate et pas toujours très propre. -emplacement idéal proche de tous commerce cependant faisant face à un défilé quotidien de voiture, donc bruyant. -insonorisation insuffisante à l’étage, on avait l’impression d’être dans la même pièce que les voisins
