Charming T4 apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house. Totally independent access and entrance.
Located 300 metres from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the port, this completely refurbished apartment is located in a quiet street in Le Croisic.
The apartment is composed of two bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed 160 / bedroom 2: 2 beds 80 or 1 Queen size bed), kitchen open to dining room, living room, bathroom and separate toilet.
With a west-facing balcony, the living room is bathed in light and sunshine until the evening. Access to an outdoor area is possible and equipped with garden furniture to relax after a day at the beach or a walk.
From here, everything is easily done on foot, by bike or by car (parking in front of the house): walks on the wild coast or in the footpaths, visits to the historic centre and gourmet breaks, beach, fishing on foot or with a plaice, in short... the holidays!
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, washing machine.

The property owner was very kind and the property itself is in great shape. It has everything it needs, including cleaning supplies, if you choose to do the cleaning yourself, which is not included in the fee.
The location is great, very close to the beach and the restaurants. BUT, the beach is not sandy, as pictured in a lot of google searches, and it is dirty - has a lot of algae. So, we had to go to Baule beach instead so the location of the accommodation compared to a decent beach is not ideal since it takes 30 min to get there. But that is not the accommodation's fault.
