Perfect small package!

Exceptional host. Riko did his best to provide a personal service, he went to the trouble of suggesting a personal itinerary for us with maps (we were on bikes) which became our plan A for our fairly short stay. He was so considerate and kind and enhanced the enjoyment of an amazing, beautiful country. Great location, just outside Bled...which was calmer and quieter. Lovely little apartment, everything we needed, beautifully clean and convenient. 10/10 ...As a plus, there is a small grocery shop just up the road.

A cozy apartment near Bled, with a host who helps you discover the most beautiful sights in the area

The apartment was cozy and intimate, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking a meal or making coffee. Wonderful location close to Lake Bled. Although we stayed only 2 days, we managed to see some of the most beautiful sights in the area with the help of our host, who made us a very clear itinerary marked on the map! For what we didn’t have time to visit… we’ll just have to come back.

Great place to stay! Lots of space, and helpful owner and staff! Recommended!

Very spacious, and easy to find! Has everything you need! Nice views from the upstairs balcony. Great huge walk-in shower. Owner and his niece were super helpful. You have to take the car to get into town, and parking is expensive. Up to 3 hours it is E 3 per hour - all day E20!! But, it’s what it is. The walk up to the castle was a challenge - but once there, very rewarding!! Would visit again and stay here!

It had no closet in one of the bedrooms, just a chest of drawers and a crib - which we had no use for. So a closet in that bedroom would sure have been nice, since there was no place to hang anything. But, we made do anyway. Not a major issue…

Top location!

I would highly recommend this apartment – especially if it’s your first time in Slovenia. The host, Riko, takes all the time to help you get oriented and shares wonderful tips. We really enjoyed both the accommodation and the country. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Slovenia is stunningly beautiful, affordable, and compared to countries like Spain, much less touristy – even during the busy season. Definitely worth coming back!

Relaxing getaway just outside of the Bled chaos. Very clean!! The staff were so kind and hospitable, and they were very flexible/accommodating. Great for families!! It really was such a wonderful experience.

It works, but a door to the one bedroom would have made it even better.

Large Apartment Near Bled

Very large apartment with the comforts of home. Host was very attentive, friendly and gave good advice for things to do/see.

There was not a true living room to relax in after being out all day (space shared with a bed). Couch lacked two arms to relax into, it was just a section of a larger piece.

Beautiful home and the kindest hosts

The apartment was beautiful, traditional and had absolutely everything you could need. The view from the balconies were incredible and the location was perfect! Very close to bled, 5-10 min drive or a 30 min walk and only a 15 min walk to Vintgar gorge. Riko was so welcoming and took the time to welcome us with a local drink and gave us incredible recommendations for things to do locally, which we did all of and made our stay even more special! I can’t recommend this apartment enough, it’s very special :)!

Excellent place from where to visit Bled Area, away from the crowds but still within 5 min reach

Host was very accommodative with our arrival time and made us feel at home upon arrival. He gave us very valuable recommendations on where to eat in the area, and those resulted to be excellent, and not very touristic. Host was also very helpful in recommending what to visit in the area and provided us with maps. We didn't need to go to the tourism industry Apartment was big and clean, perfect for 6 pax as we were. Check in process was very easy.

Perfect experience, highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean with all the small details, the location was very good (5 minutes drive to Bled lake) and Rico and his wife (the hosts) were amazing!! they helped us creating the perfect trip for each day depending on the current weather. Couldn't asked for a better experience.

Plesant and Comfortable Stay

The host's attention to details made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large bathroom, outdoor sitting area and more. Ricco was so pleasant and helpful and gave us a lot of advice regarding what to see in the area. The location was great, within walking distance of Vintgar Gorge and close to Bled.

Great apartment, even better hosts

We picked this property after reading reviews saying the hosts were great and they still exceeded our expectations! We were met with a welcome drink from Riko who listened to what we wanted to do on our holiday and then planned us what turned out to be the perfect itinerary. Always good to get local tips! The location is quiet, but a 2 min walk to a supermarket and 5 min cycle to a lovely bakery, and it is beautiful. I'd recommend hiring bikes (again Riko helped us with this) as it's then a short ride into the centre of Bled and you can explore the beautiful areas nearby.

Good

Our hosts were very nice and provided a lot of information about the area and things to do. The terrace apartment was nice, even though quite small. Had all of the basic facilities we needed.

The roadworks on the street were terrible. Noisy in the morning and made it difficult accessing the property. Out of the owners control so hopefully they finish soon to improve the experience. The bed is quite soft and dips on the side so could be better.

A very good location - only 10 minutes drive from Bled Lake while getting the benefits of the "country side". In addition, it is located in a walking distance from Vintgar. The hosts assisted us in tips and connections to tourist agencies.

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, the hosts were nice and helpful. The apartment is just a few minutes drive from Bled and a big supermarket and a few minutes walk from the local supermarket.

The hosts are very nice and attentive. They advised us in planning bicycle routes and trips around the area. The apartment was newly and practically furnished.

The village is undergoing sewerage reconstruction, so some streets are impassable and construction work is in progress.

Superb

The apartment is small but very well equipped. It's at the bottom of the chalet ( a big and beautiful chalet ) surrounded by plants and a garden. Great location very close to Bled ( few minutes away) The owner was very nice and welcoming and provided us the best options in terms of hiking trails and things to see and try in the area. He defenitely loves hosting people and share his knowledge of Slovenia.

Lovely little stay for couples

Lovely bottom floor apartment away from the busy/centre of Bled. Couple are nice people, very helpful and polite. Good value for money. If you're looking for a nice little spot to stay (couples) this place is good value for money :)

Sauna only open during colder months :P don't expect it in summer (this was the only slight negative)

The apartment was excellent, very clean with all equipment needed. Nina welcomed us with a local drink, she was really a great host. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, there is also incredible Vintgar gorge in a walking distance - about 20-30 minutes. You can also take strawberries/herbs from the garden. I strongly recommend to everyone who look for chill, relax and nature.

Nice, calm neighborhood, clean and well equipped rooms and bathroom, Bled center is really close with car/ bike. The owner was really kind and helpful, he gave us a lot of good tips to visit the country. Perfect stay.

Absoluteloy fantastic place to be

Rico and Tina are excellent hosts. There was a warm welcome and Rico explained us in detail with brochures and maps the many options Bled and surrounding area has. The appartments are more than excellent. Large bedrooms, good ecuiped kitchen and great bathrooms. Also the view from the balconies is great.

War ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt .

Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung . Der Betreiber war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar einen Schnaps zur Begrüßung und frische Eier zum Frühstück.Zum Abschied noch einen selbstgemachten Likör. Sehr zu empfehlen und jeder Zeit wieder.

We hebben het superfijn gehad in het verblijf

De gastheer was meer dan aardig, vertelde vol trots over zijn land, wat er te doen was in de omgeving met een lekker aperitief (wat zijn buurman heeft gebrouwen) erbij. We hebben uit zijn tuin kersen mogen plukken. Het huis was fantastisch! Ja een echte aanrader

De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en heeft ons van alles verteld over wat er in de omgeving te doen was. Alles was dicht in de buurt Appartement is erg mooi, ruim en gezellig ingericht Heerlijke douche We hebben veel gezien en lopend naar Vintgar kloof was ideaal
