Lovely . Not far to lake.

The property was nice. We like the room and we had one with its own kitchen. Bathroom was lovely too. Parking easy on site .

Electricity wasn’t on in the morning. Local works happened and we were only told by a message on the door. So we had to leave with out being able to have our normal leisurely breakfast.

Great place to stay near Bled, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place to everyone who likes a calm and comfy places to stay, near Lake Bled. We talked with the owner who is a really friendly guy. Bed was really comfortable, rooms were clear and this accommodation has everything you need for a short stay. I would say that the location is even better, because it is not in the city centre of Bled, where you need to pay for parking, but it is very close and the free public beach is even closer (you still have to pay for parking though).

I could only say 2 things that were not perfect. We had a good weather (not too cold and not too hot), but the rooms were still a little bit warmer than they should be, I think an AC would be a good investment for them. The other is that the neighbours have some cows and you can definitely smell them outside the building (which is not a problem, but you should know about this).

Amazing experience due to kindness and helpfulness of the staff, beautiful walks around.

The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally ready to help. My phone broke so I could not navigate my way as I was traveling alone, so I called from a borrowed phone and the very kind landlord came to pick my lost self, which was beyond anything I would dare expect. He even offered help getting a replacement and the next day provided me with the paper map so I am not lost again if anything happens to my phone. The kindness and care of the staff truly impressed me. There were also shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom which I found very convenient and thoughtful. The view of the nearby hills was excellent. Kitchen included salt and oil which I also found a very nice gesture. Also there is easy access to Vintgar gorge, and the Bled lake. There were plenty of advice accessible where to go during the stay. I enjoyed the landscape and walks around tremendously. Also the neighborhood was very peaceful. All in all, I highly recommend this accommodation.

One of the windows was not good for fresh air due to cows nearby. But I could use other windows oriented to a different side so this was really just a minor inconvenience.

Great setting, real country feeling

Situated in a village 15 min away from Bled, this old house has been nicely updated and equipped for holiday renting. Our room had a great view of the mountains from the balcony, a large comfy bed and plenty of storage. Our bath/toilet was separate, with the entry just outside the bedroom door, but that didn't bother us. The common kitchen is quite large and well equipped, shared with other 2 similar suites on that level. Having so much to do in the area means we did not spend a lot of time inside, but it was all very clean, quiet and homely feeling. We appreciated the host's clear communication and especially the indications for navigation, in order to make it easier to find the place the first time, because quite frankly, the maze of streets around those villages is quite disorienting and google is not doing very well there.

Every now and then there was a pregnant cow dung smell all around, so we didn't sleep with the windows open.

We came to Bled for cycling and this apartment has very good location, close to many of the cycling routes in the area. If you go by bike It is close to the lake and close to the railway station - approx 10 - 15 min. Perfect place to explore Bled and its surrounding but clise to nature and more relaxed. We liked everything 😊

Loved everything about the place! Our room was clean, modern and had a private bathroom and a balcony. The view was amazing! They also left maps around the house which were very useful when going hiking nearby. Shared kitchen was well equipped with everything you need (pots, pan, cutlery and dishes, stove, kettle, microwave). It’s a 15min walk from Bled Jezero which at first seemed far away from Bled but we ended up loving it because the lakeside places are filled with tourists. This place is quaint, in a lovely country side and cosy with amazing views and everything you need for a active holiday in the gorgeous area. The directions were clear and the host applied quickly!

The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, with great views of the mountains and nice facilities. Check in and out was straightforward. It’s easy to get to the lake on foot. It’a not that far but if you hiked all day it might be a little tiring.

Hospitality, helpfulness (to a very high degree), stunning view, decor. Being in a natural and shared environment/culture. Drinking water from tap. Clean air, quiet. Friendliness of locals generally. Slovenia is certainly one of my top 3 lifetime places now... England take heed - very few potholes 😏

Some drivers are too quick for windy roads and suffer the same modern/technological world being-on- phone-multi-tasking-ness compulsions. We walked pretty much everywhere so sometimes this felt like you had to be overly vigilant (...whilst still enjoying the amazing views/ambience).

Charming traditional farmhouse close to Bled

We stayed at the apartment on the top floor, which is beautifully renovated and spotless clean. It was comfortable and quiet, and the place is very close to the city of Bled.

Relaxed night with nice view

It is a cozy, authentic Slovenian property 5 minutes from lake Bled (by car). Everything was clean, room was spacious, the balcony has a wonderful view of the mountains.

I got what I paid for. Went for a bicycle tour and only spent the afternoons/evenings there. Calm, quiet, cosy. Bled is about 20 mins walk

Great place to stay.

It was our second trip to Slovenia and person checking us in, helped out with tips what else we could see beyond most popular tourist attractions, in fact he gave so many tips we probably can still use some of those for next 2 trips to bled. Overall we liked house and immediate vicinity, it was nice stay at older farm house. Price was fair and I'd like to come back in future.

We where for one night only on a trip home. Nice spacious apartment with great view on mountains in small village near Bled. Friendly owner who gives plenty of advices for things to see nearby. Sadly we didn't have time to see them all. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen with all you need. Easy checkout Thanks Goran for everything.

Arrogant house manager in a relatively good located place

The location was convenient to set off for hiking/trekking. The view was nice.

The person managing the property should get some coaching how to communicate with guests. We came there for 6 days (not like others whom we met, visiting for 1-3 days) full of supplies, as we wanted to prepare sandwiches for the hikes and cook dinners when we get back. Not everyone can afford meals in Bled every day … We were told all the dos and donts (including that we have to wear special slippers when indoors), but not where to store our supplies. The „manager” showed us ONLY the tiny fridge, with leftovers from previous guests, which we had to clean ourselves, and we put there part of our food. The rest of food we put in various shelves as there wasn’t a dedicated place to stpre our supplies. One day we come back from the hike and our things are gone… I called the manager and asked him what happened. He replied that „my case was an extreme” and Je left me an arrogant note written on a map. His tone of voice and the overall attitude was disgraceful. On top of that, the mattress I slept on was very uncomfortable and there was plenty of dust on the furniture in the room.
