A paradise of peace for the most discerning needs. Island paradise - The ground floor apartment of 50 m² is fully equipped with a modern high-quality fitted kitchen including induction cooker, oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and appropriate cookware and utensils.
The near dining area has a dining table with 4 armchairs. The living room with 2-flügiger door to the spacious terrace with patio table and 4 chairs and beach chair has an elegant leather sofa, designer chairs, flat-screen TV and stereo.
The separate bedroom also has access to a large 2-leaf door to the south / southwest facing terrace and is equipped with a solid wood bed and quality back-friendly branded mattresses.
The separate guest room with couch / bed also invites you to linger and retreat. The bathroom is tiled and bright. Miele washing machine and dryer, a rain shower, toilet and washing table are available. The apartment, furnished with love for the detail, has a floor heating and is equipped with vinyl floor. Likewise, CDs, books and board games are available. The house, built in the spring of 2017 in the classic, clad Frisian style, is quiet and yet centrally located to the south of the old village core. The beach, the center, the shopping center, the airport, the train station, the golf course and the tennis court are within walking distance.

Das Inselparadies, sehr ruhig gelegen, ist eine sehr geschmackvolle, gepflegte u. perfekt ausgestattete FeWo. Sie entspricht genau den Beschreibungen u. Bildern wie im Internet angegeben. Gute Matratzen, tolle Dusche, schöne Terasse zum Frühstücken und Entspannen. Kleine Anmerkung, die Kleiderschränke stehen nur zur Hälfte zur eigenen Verfügung.
In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der belebten Zedeliusstr., die vom Bahnhof zum Pudding u. Strand führt.
Das Team der Immo-oog ist sehr freundlich, sei es im Vorfeld beim E-Mail Kontakt u. Telefonaten, sowie bei der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe in der Wohnung bei An- u. Abreise.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet und sie hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, auf die fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Einfach perfekt!

Man konnte die Wohnung in 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof, zu Fuss, sehr gut erreichen. Dort angekommen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und man zeigte uns die Unterkunft.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in zweiter Reihe .
Man fühlte sich sofort angekommen. Wir reisten zu Zweit, es ist aber genug Platz für 3 Personen.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut Entspannen und in dem Strandkord kann man das ein oder ander Buch gut lesen.
Um auf Wangerooge viel zu sehen, bietet es sich an, ein Fahrrad zu mieten.
Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen.

Sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts, egal ob Toaster, Eierkocher, Handrührgerät, Käsereibe, Sparschäler, scharfe Messer oder Tupperdosen. Auch Bügeleisen und kleines Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.
Einfach toll.
Auch gibt es vor Ort eine gute Betreuung.
Einziger Mini-Kritikpunkt: Staub unter dem Bett, den man aber nur findet wenn man die Koffer dort lagert... (Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau
