About this apartment rental
Ideal for a family vacation
Welcome to our child-friendly vacation rental at the “Residenz am Süddeich”! With three separate bedrooms, a sunny balcony, and plenty of space to relax, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on Wangerooge!
The vacation rental measures 71 m² and spans two levels (first floor + attic). On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a well-maintained bathroom. On the beautiful balcony, you can enjoy the sun while sheltered from the wind. Comfortable balcony furniture and a modern garden chaise lounge invite you to spend wonderful hours breathing in the fresh North Sea air.
You can also relax in the spacious living area, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a TV, and a stereo system with an iPod/iPhone docking station as well as a DVD/CD/USB player. Great for watching movies or listening to music! Enjoy free Wi-Fi for browsing the web on your smartphone!
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped for convenient self-catering—including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A high chair, children’s cutlery, and children’s dishes are also provided. A cozy dining area with a large glass table and stylish leather chairs offers plenty of space for meals for up to six people.
The attic features two additional separate bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV; the children’s room has two single beds and a closet. Blackout blinds are installed in all three bedrooms.
A well-maintained bathroom with a shower/toilet, heated towel rack, washer-dryer, and hair dryer adds to the comfort of your stay.
This family-friendly vacation rental on Wangerooge is especially suitable for young children, as the stairs to the upper floor are secured with a safety gate. A crib is also available (at no extra charge), and the electrical outlets are protected from curious little hands.
You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 1) upon request. Please let us know in advance the size and breed of your four-legged friend.
See you soon on Wangerooge! We look forward to welcoming you!
