bardzo czysto, wszystkie niezbedne sprzęty, wyposażenie grill (wegiel, rozpałka itp.), wygodne łóżka (jeden! duży marterac).

Oddzielna kuchnia, w której można przygotować posiłek ale też zjeść przy stole. Hamaki, wiata ze stołem, gdzie można wypocząć na powietrzu, bliskość rynku w Krościenku. Komfortowy parking. Pokoje położone są w bocznej uliczce dochodzącej do rynku, co sprawia, że jest cicho i spokojnie.
