Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko! Zaraz obok przystanek z którego jeżdżą busy do Krościenka i Jaworek. Widok po wyjściu z domu świetny. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, a wszystko co w nim było działało sprawnie. Dodatkowo parking dosłownie obok - bezpłatny.
Przydałaby się klimatyzacja, ponieważ czasami otwarte okno nie wystarcza i po prostu jest duszno. Pokój dość mały, do tego dobiegają hałasy z głównej ulicy.

Śniadania we własnym zakresie (aneks kuchenny z pełnym wyposażeniem na dole, na górze kuchnia na drobne ! posiłki). Lokalizacja jest o'k - prawie centrum miasta, parking obok.
