Our little gem in Cannobio offers you everything you need for a successful holiday:
Close to the city, calm and breathtaking panorama.
The charming villa, which is over a hundred years old, has been completely renovated over the years and exudes a cheerful and cozy flair.
Spacious rooms with high ceilings, some with stucco, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the salon, several terraces and balconies, all with open lake views, mountain views and views over Cannobio. Spacious garden with palm trees and flowering shrubs and shrubs as well as some art objects. The pool offers a refreshment in summer. It is not heated and is available in the 2019 season from mid-April to mid-October. In the summer months, the pool has sun all day, as do the sun terraces and balconies. Since the house is oriented to the northeast, the sun is saying goodbye more and more from autumn, so there is still about 2 hours of sun in October, for example. In spring and autumn, use the fireplace in the living room with the free firewood that can also supply the upper rooms with cozy warmth.
The entrance to the house is quite steep, the entrance to the property is quite narrow for wide cars.
There are parking spaces for around 3 cars on the property.
There is an outdoor fireplace in the covered coach house on the terrace, so you don't have to do without eating on cooler evenings. You will also find sufficient garden furniture and loungers including cushions in the coach house and the roof terrace.
