The property itself was great and had everything we needed. It had a very modern vibe and was well equipped.
The check in process was extremely stressful. We have stayed here before and so knew where the apartments were. When we buzzed the intercom the woman on the other end of the line told us we were at the wrong apartments. She kept saying where to go - which was the address we were at! She was very rude and talked over us - telling us to go the the other apartments. The cleaner inside was very helpful and found out which apartment we were in and let us keep our luggage there until it was ready.
