Magnificent vacation home with private pool about 4 km from Uzès as well as half an hour from the architectural pearl or aqueduct bridge Pont du Gard. This old but lovingly renovated property, built entirely of local stone, welcomes guests on an expansive, shaded property that includes a lovely pool for plenty of swimming. Exposed wooden beams decorate the interiors, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location on the edge of the charming village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie will do it to you. Above all, it is very easy to relax on the charming, partially covered terrace with barbecue. The charming village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, located near Uzès and thus in the triangle of the cities of Alès, Nîmes and Avignon, can boast the label Ville et Métiers d'Art, an award that recognizes its undeniable savoir-faire in the field of arts and crafts. Thus, the village also boasts a total of over twenty exhibition venues and studios: Tableware, sculptures, ceramics and stoneware are created here. After a leisurely stroll through the charming old town of Uzès, you will have earned a glass of Pastis, a French aniseed brandy, which you can take in the beautiful Place aux Herbes overlooking its colorful and lively market. A trip south will take you to the Mediterranean coastal towns of Aigues-Mortes or Le Grau-du-Roi.
