Stole a piece of my heart! Stunning place.

We had a fabulous time. The location is great with access to a private beach and the view from the balcony is stunning.

The access road is very steep. We were ok with the hills and steps but if you struggle walking, you may need to consider the suitability.

Exceptional

Michele was very helpful and enquired regularly during our stay. The terrace and table are big enough for our family of 5 to easily sit and have meals while enjoying the great lake view and sunsets. We also enjoyed the playroom with table tennis (we had taken our rackets along) and table football and the direct and safe access to the private beach via the tunnel under road.

Exiting the residence by car requires good care given the limited view and continuous traffic on the main road. But this is just common to any place built by the main road all around the lake and definitely compensated by the beautiful view. The bed in the parent's bedroom is a bit short for taller people (1.90m).

Exceptional

The apartment has 2 small, but sufficient bedrooms and one large living area with kitchen. In the kitchen you can find everything, what you need for your stay, including salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc...The apartment has a big terrace with beautiful view over the lake. We stayed 2 nights in the end of the October, so we didn't try a private beach, which belongs to the apartment. Michele (the host) is superhelpful to answer all your questions. Complimentary bottle of wine was nice surprise. Parking is near the apartment, the steps from and to parking are not a big issue. We definitely recommend this place.

Nice Place for holidays at Lake Garda

Apartment is in a nice complex, the view is fantastic. The apartment is well designed, well maintained and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The landlord is very helpful and very quick to answer any questions.

A good flat, amazing view, very nice host and a good recommendation, we would visit it again

The location was a little bit out of town but in a very quiet area. There was an amazing view over the lake. It was very good to reach by car and it got a good parking space. There were plenty of shopping possibilitys for food and restaurants less then 5 driving minutes away. The location is between Torri del Benaco and Garda and both got a nice beach promenade with lots of good restaurants and bars that are open even off season. We've not really used the private beach but we've visited it since the water is of course still to cold in march. We've been aware of that but think that the beach is very good, yet very discrete and private in summer and has a good potential, especially for families or friends to enjoy bathing in the lake. The flat was very clean and the size of the rooms was good. There was plenty of storage in the shleves and cupboards, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. The shower was also very nice. Also the handover of the keys was very COVID-regulation-compliant. The owner of the flat gave us very good and detailed instructions and placed the keys in a keycode-locked box. Checkout was also simple. The host was very nice and accomodating and also gave a lot of information about the region up front and was available nearly 24/7 if we had questions

There was a point that probably only applies to the off-season travelers. There was a heating system which actually worked very good in the bed rooms but not so much in the living rooms, the control is pretty complicated and you really have to be aware because the heating has an auto shutdown after 2 hours as a preset configuration. If you don't know it you will wake up to a cold flat if you come here before summer. In summer this problem won't apply and if you know that before, you can easily adapt.

Amazing and exceeded our expectations

The location was perfect, it’s tucked away and very private however a couple of minutes down the road you have a lovely town with some amazing restaurants.

It’s very hard to fault this property because it was perfect in so many ways, however the only downside was the steps to the beach which were quite steep

Spent an relaxing weekend with the family on Lake Garda. Loved the peace, view, and facilities!

We were welcome by Michele, he showed us everything about the apartment and recommended us a really delicious restaurant nearby - thanks for that! He was always available by WhatsApp and quick to response with answers. We had a fantastic weekend getaway with a beautiful view with all the modern amenities. The apartment has a great view of the Lake Garda and sunset in the evening. We had access to a private beach which we had to transverse through tunnel to get onto the beach. This cool! We do recommend this apartment to others!

Kurze Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Michele war ein sehr guter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alle Infos und Tipps kamen rechtzeitig und super erklärt bei uns an. In der Wohnungen war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr gut auch der eigene Parkplatz vor der Residenz. Fußläufig ist nichts zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Einkäufe auf den Rückwegen unserer Ausflüge gemacht. Das war gar kein Problem. Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Garda, Bardolino, Lazise und z.B. Sirmione. Nach Verona sind es auch nur ca. 40 min. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen...und kommen gerne mal wieder..

Lediglich die Strasse unterhalb der Residenz ist beim Sitzen auf dem Balkon gut zu hören. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, ist das aber kein Problem. Nachts hat es uns nicht gestört.

Der Balkon und die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Leider waren die liegen kaputt, so daß wir diese nicht mit zum Strand nehmen konnten.

Grandioser Blick auf den See, exzellenter Service und absolut zeitnahe Reaktion des Betreuers. Lage unmittelbar am See, fußläufig der Strand erreichbar. Appartement gut ausgestattet.

Bedauerlicherweise ist die Straße am Westufer des Sees gut zu hören.
