Highly recommend to stay here! Our host Marica was outstanding <3

The location is perfect on a mountain with a view to the walley. Perfect for those who don't like staying in the city (which is still very close). The host Marica was very warm, welcoming and helpful the whole stay. You can go to Bolzano by bus it is just 10-15 min walk to the bus stop (google maps will not show this route) if you just find the right path (Marica helped with this!). Back from the city at night we paid like 30-35 euros for a taxi. The pool was amazing and the facilities of our room for 3 people. There is a possibility to have sauna (for little extra fee) but we unfortunately did not have time for it.

Relax in mezzo al nulla

La struttura è nuova e accogliente, c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per un breve soggiorno. La vista è spettacolare, l’appartamento si trova alla fine di una stradina che porta in una valle, ma chi prenota questo alloggio ne è consapevole visto che è specificato. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato e la signora che ci ha accolti é stata sempre molto gentile e ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare al coperto senza che noi chiedessimo nulla, le strade che portano al l’appartamento rimangono pulite in quanto passano mezzo a spargere sale e sassi. Della bagno non ci sono foto ma è molto bello e moderno

Una casa nel bosco

L'appartamento molto accogliente e caldo, non mancava nulla! La sig.ra che ci ha accolto è stata molto disponibile e interessata al nostro benessere. La zona intorno, tranquilla e immersa nel verde, un posto davvero da sogno, ideale per staccare la spina.

Mega entspannter Urlaub mitten in der Natur - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wer eine ruhige Lage sucht, ohne Autolärm und viel Natur, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt „mitten im nirgendwo“, die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, aber genau das wollten wir. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung „Buche“. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles sehr sauber. Marica war ganz toll. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat super Tipps gegeben. Es war auch schön zu wissen, dass immer jemand in der Nähe ist. Die Aussicht war auch einfach toll!

Wir fanden es schade, dass kein Toaster oder Backofen vorhanden war. Gerade weil die Ferienwohnung so abgelegen liegt und kein Bäcker in der Nähe ist, hätten wir gerne eine Möglichkeit gehabt, Brötchen aufzubacken. Das Bett war uns zu weich, aber das ist auch Geschmacksache.

Tot rust komen in een heerlijke omgeving.

Het is een geweldig mooi en ruim appartement. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en je hebt een fabelachtig uitzicht. Het zwembadje was lekker om af te koelen en had lekkere strandstoelen om te zonnen. Een De gastvrouw was heel behulpzaam en heeft bovendien ook nog heerlijk brood voor ons gebakken.

De afgelegen ligging was een voordeel, maar tegelijk ook een nadeel. Er is bijvoorbeeld geen supermarkt in de buurt. De toegangsweg is smal en steil. Dat went echter snel en het appartement maakt alles goed.

Fantastisch!

Het appartement staat op een mooie plek met fantastisch uitzicht wat niet verveeld. Marica en haar man zijn super lief en zorgzaam. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke ochtend wakker worden met het prachtige uitzicht terwijl de vogeltjes zingen is onbetaalbaar. Het zwembad is heerlijk voor een verfrissende duik. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Er is eigenlijk niets aan te merken op het appartement maar een relax stoel voor buiten op het terras zou het plaatje perfect maken.

Struttura non trovata e grave disagio

Non ho potuto alloggiare nell'appartamento. Il check in era tra le 18 e le 19, confermato dalla struttura con messaggio. Ho seguito le indicazioni stradali di Booking.com, ma mi hanno portato in un luogo isolato, senza traccia della struttura, su strada di montagna non illuminata. Ho chiamato il numero telefono indicato (prefisso della Germania) e mi ha risposto una voce registrata in tedesco. Nessuno rispondeva al telefono, né al buio trovavo alcuna indicazione. Alle 21.30 vengo contattato da una persona che quasi non parla italiano, che mi conferma che dovevo seguire altra indicazione (almeno credo, visto che io non parlo tedesco e lui quasi non parlava italiano) ma a quell'ora ero stato costretto a trovare un''altra sistemazione per la mia famiglia e per le mie figlie, con grave disagio. Ho chiesto perlomeno il rimborso, ma è stato addebitato l'intero pernottamento di due camere per due notti, nonostante la struttura sia stata gravemente mancante. Nessuna telefonata di scuse, né per cercare di trovare una soluzione. In venti anni che uso Booking.com non ho mai dato una recensione negativa. È la prima volta, ma tanta è l'amarezza per quanto accaduto

Rustig gelegen, zeer ruime kamers met genoeg ruimte voor een extra persoon per appartement als dat nodig zou zijn. Fijn zwembadje, zeer vriendelijke ‘conciërge’ Martha.

We moesten voor 1 persoon een extra ruimte boeken, hetgeen qua ruimte niet nodig was.
