• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• NO PETS

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

This unit does not have much good I can say about it. The shower floods the bathroom unless you turn the shower head to the corner and then you have to crouch down to wash. A simple fix is to put a rub strip on the bottom of the glass shower door to keep the water from running out. There are no towel bars for you to hang your towels to dry, it appears there once was one on the wall but I guess they can’t spare 5 minutes to put it back up. The rugs should be thrown out as they are falling apart. There were giant 4” palmetto bug roaches to which I called about and was told they aren’t roaches. The reply I was given was that she would call the HOA and tell them they need to spray, a little too late for that!! I didn’t even want to be in there after dark let alone sleep there as I was petrified of these critters and I certainly didn’t want any bugs coming home with me. The outside deck is being held together by quite a bit of duct tape and the outdoor rug is shredded to pieces. All of these things are super simple and very inexpensive fixes.
The only thing this has going for it is the beautiful beach that you just walk down to from the deck. We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset and that was wonderful.
