Rooms were very clean. Great view of the Gulf from living room and main bedroom. Huge deck with lots of seating and tables. Furniture was fine. Some pieces are getting beat up but it was ok for a 1 week visit. Overall it was a nice condo and we had a very good time.

We loved the location of the property and private beach access. The home was updated and provided all of our needs. The view from the balcony was 5 stars. Beautiful view of the lake and gulf. The balcony was very large and comfortable.

Location great, beach great. Have stayed in 304 several times but won’t again until noted issues are addressed.
