About this apartment rental
This pretty 19th-century villa has been completely renovated and divided into 5 apartments (one of which is apartment by the owner). Rustic furnishings. The complex is situated in a quiet, panoramic location with a beautiful view of the Chiana Valley. All guests have shared use of a large park, a wonderful panoramic terrace and a barbecue. Wine and olive oil of our own production are available on site. The beautiful town of Cortona is just a few kilometres away. ITA310 is on 2 levels (ground floor + 1st floor). ITA308 and ITA309: 1st floor. Cot on request. Shared washing machine. Guests receive Tuscan specialities on the day of arrival.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire toujours très disponible et à votre écoute .Cadre très agréable et typique ,piscine très appréciable .Bonne situation de la location pour visiter des villes comme Arezzo ,Cortoné , Perugia ou Sienne mais aussi les thermes de Rapolano ou bagni San Felipo .Nous recommandons .

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Das Haus ist sehr alt und hat einen Charme ähnlich wie in Burgen. Wunderbar ist der riesig große Park, der einen täglich zum Spazieren gehen einlädt. Auch die gigantisch große Terasse mit toller Aussicht ist ein Gedicht.
Allerdings muss man im Wohnraum dafür Abstriche machen.
Es gibt keine Heizung. Zu Ostern kann es einen da schon mal frieren. Wir haben uns in Arezzo zwei Elektroheizungen gekauft. Auch gibt es keinen Fernseher. Daher finde ich die 3 Sterne von Fewo-direkt eigentlich unangebracht. Denn eine Heizung und ein Fernseher sollten schon standart sein. Gebe dennoch 3 Sterne wegen des großen Kühlschranks mit dem großen Gefrierschrank und der kleinen Spülmaschine. Das entschädigt. Allerdings hatten wir beim Gebrauch der Spülmaschine innerhalb von 10 Tagen, dreimal Stromausfall und saßen im Dunkeln. Auch die Couch und die Sessel sind derart durchgesessen, dass ist wirklich unzumutbar.
Sehr große weitläufige Wohnung mit viel Platz, wunderbare Aussicht, aus jedem Fenster. Wir haben den Urlaub trotz der Abstriche sehr genossen. Dennoch würde ich empfehlen, eine neue Couch, einen Fernseher und Stromheizungen nach zu rüsten.
