Saltum Beach
In the beautiful and unique nature of the North Sea lies this attractive and cozy holiday home. The house is located a short distance from one of Denmark's best beaches (700m).
The area offers plenty of activities for the whole family. Here you will find bowling alleys, children's playgrounds, tropical water parks, golf courses, fishing parks, equestrian centers, sports halls and more. You can also visit Fårup Aquapark & Sommerland, one of Denmarks biggest.
Fårup Sommerland and Blokhus are located within cycling distance of the holiday home.
The 1600 m2, sunny, partially planted and undisturbed dune plot is not far from forest and beach. There are also protected areas that invite you to go hiking with the whole family. After a wonderful nature experience, make a refreshing dip in the North Sea.
This bright and welcoming holiday home is nicely furnished. In connection with the living room with wood burning stove, there is access to the large covered southwest facing terrace. The southeast terrace is also partially covered. Both the kitchen department and bathroom are bright and functionally furnished.
The wooden terrace has been redone spring 2022.
New floors spring 2023.
Practical information:
There are duvets and pillows at the house. Guests need to bring their own sheets and covers for duvets and pillows. Guests also need to bring their own towels. Rates are excl consumption and cleaning.
Water and electricity readings are noted by the tenant at arrival and departure and consumption is calculated and deducted from the deposit. Current prices are 2,5 kr/kWh and 80 kr/m3.
Cleaning is done by the tenant at departure. There is a cleaning manual in the house. If cleaning is not sufficient, the deposit will be withheld. It is unfortunately not possible to book cleaning.
The house is non-smoking.

We had two wonderful summer-weeks in this great house, near the wonderful sea. The accomodation has everything you need, a cosy living-room and beautiful terraces. Very quiet and peaceful and a lot of opportunities for nice day-trips with children. All in all perfect. Thanks a lot to Søren, who was very friendly and helpful in every communication!

Very peaceful and the house had a great location. The two terasses complete with table and chairs on both of them made it possible to sit wherever the sun was. None of the neighbouring properties were able to see into the space were the house was. Very clean and very well equiped kitchen. Very good communication with the host.

We found a very cosy house that is not too small even for a family of five. The terraces are wonderful and the fireplace quickly creates a cosy warmth in autumn. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including sharp knives, which is not usually expected in a holiday home. High praise! The only downer is that you have to clean the house yourself. This is not a problem in principle, but not all guests take it equally seriously. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the house.

The three weeks we spent in the house had been amazing! The house is cosy, offers everything you need and the surroundings are beautiful. We had to get used to cars driving along the beach, but the sand and waves made up for it. Definitely recommended for a great family holiday!
