The living room has high vaulted ceilings and a large west-facing panoramic window. Streaming is possible via Smart TV. Large, spacious bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space and 2 bathrooms with closets, one bathroom has a sauna. Designer kitchen. Open terraces to the East, South and West ensure you can enjoy the outdoors all day and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset both indoors and outdoors. Please note that due to the location of the house you might have to rinse the windows from salt water and sand. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
