Holiday cottage with small sea view from the terrace. Located on a large, secluded plot in a conservation area and approx. 700 m from the sandy beach. The house has both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower and sauna and 2-person whirlpool. In addition there is a guest toilet. Kitchen is well-equipped with particular fridge/freezer and dish washer. The living room is well-appointed with a wood-burning stove and TV with satellite. A well-located cottage near the North Sea and a short distance to shopping and Fårup Sommerland, an amusement park for the whole family. Free admittance to water park in Blokhus.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
