About this villa rental
- The Villa can host up to 5 people! It has a heated swimming pool (heated by choice with an extra cost), Spa whirlpool and BBQ!
It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a large and spacious bathroom as well as a large airy and sunny terrace!

In the heated swimming pool (heated by choice with extra cost), which also has Spa whirlpool, guests can enjoy using it as they wish.
- Bedroom 1
In the Air Conditioned bedroom there is a super double bed measuring 160 x 200cm with an anatomic mattress of 260 per square independent pocket springs, a large wardrobe as well as a mirror with a bedroom toilet!
- Bedroom 2
In the air-conditioned bedroom there are two (2) single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, a sofa that becomes a bed, a full-length mirror and 2 bedside tables with individual lamps!
- Kitchen
The kitchen that the Villa has is quite large and comfortable, equipped with all electrical appliances!
- Living room
In the living room there is a corner sofa, a 55'' smart TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, as well as an armchair with a footstool!
- Bathroom
In the large and spacious bathroom which, like the kitchen, has hot water 24 hours thanks to the solar water heater, there is a large shower, mirror, bathroom furniture with storage space, hair dryer and washing machine!
- Balcony
On the airy and bright terrace, guests can enjoy their morning coffee, their food and the wonderful sunset!

Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und kommunikativ.
Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien geeignet, einen Grill gab es auch noch und der Pool war auch klasse !
Die kleine Villa ist in einem Dorf gelegen, wo es sehr ruhig ist, dennoch gibt es ein paar Meter weiter 2/3 tolle Restaurants und mehrer Supermärkte.
Tollen Aufenthalt gehabt

Villa conforme aux photos et bien plus. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Crête du Nord au Sud de l'ouest à l'est et bien sur au centre avec montagne et villages.
Mélidoni est un village accueillant et chaleureux ou il fait bon vivre avec toutes les commodités usuelles et le café restaurant Carob n olive immanquable avec Cathérina en propriétaire avec qui on a lié des liens d' amitié
Le meilleur pour la fin au propriétaire. Merci du fond du cœur
Stauros pour l'accueil la générosité la disponibilité et toute les petites attentions qui font la différence. Merci pour le Pasticio et les légumes farcis qui ont été un délice.
Tout cela est un ensemble ou on se sent bien.Je recommande++++.

This was our first time for all of us( parents and three teenagers) to visit Crete, and what a great time we had!
We stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb properties in Greece and Stauros's house was by far the best!
It is in the village, not close to big resorts and busy towns( close enough to get there by car though) but this is what we liked: to live and eat with the locals.
The house is very beautiful remodeled and tasteful decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook.
Stauros is the best host we ever met. We got confused about the directions to the house and he met us in the main road at 10 PM and showed us the way to the place.The refrigerator was stocked with cold water and watermelon. On the kitchen table Stauros had fresh fruit, honey, olive oil from his farm, rachi and home made olive oil soap from his mom. We stayed only 5 nights but during our stay he had a lady come in and clean the house!
Stauros gave us the best tips about which places to visit and where to eat. We came to learn that eating in villages is the best!
