Spacious 3 bedroom Villa with private pool, patio and roof terrace.

Beautiful and well equipped villa in gorgeous location of Roumelli. The pool was fantastic and much bigger than expected. Helfried was on hand to offer advice on things to do and kept the pool and gardens exceptionally clean. Perfect location on the middle of the island to visit as much as possible. Definitely need a car for this villa as 10 mins from coast. Perfect for us and enjoyed evening BBQ’s and in Panorma. Highly recommend and thank you for aWonderful holiday

Just got home from a truley magical stay at Mountain View. A wonderful villa with everything you need for the whole family. Absolutely brilliant pool and gardens and large roof terrace with stunning views. In addition there is help on hand whenever you need it from two really great people Helfried and Ricky who looked after us all so well we will miss both villa and people thanks x

We had the most wonderful time away. Helfried welcomed us and is such a kind hearted helpful man who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had great air conditioning. The pool is stunning and was very clean. The location is fantastic as it’s very quiet but only a couple of minutes drive to a friendly supermarket. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby and some great local produce at markets. This whole experience started before I got on the plane with great communication from the homeowner. Can’t wait to return!

Full disclosure - this house is lovely. It’s very clean, the pool is huge and very nice, the roof terrace has a beautiful view, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. However, the check in process was quite frankly the worst experience I have ever had with renting any property. Prior to checking in I had been communicating with the owner Kevin, who stopped replying all together despite multiple voicemails and texts and emails. On arrival, we were greeted by the host Anne and we immediately got off on the wrong foot. We are a group of 22-25 year old young professionals & I have never felt more patronised or talked down to in my life. When we arrived, Anne was surprised that we weren’t a family and seemingly confused which felt very strange seeing as we had provided all our information. We then asked if we could have the names of the supermarkets (two are a 7 minute walk away) however Anne simply said ‘I don’t know the names I don’t pay attention to them’, despite having lived there for 18 years. Her advice was to take a 40 minute walk then a 20 minute bus to Lidl when there are two perfectly good supermarkets that we discovered genuinely a 7 minute walk away. When asking for a taxi number, her response was ‘do you expect me to get you from A to B’ - i was simply asking for a taxi number as she was extremely shocked we hadn’t rented a car. We quickly figured out ourselves that it was incredible easy to get taxis to come up to the villa despite it being very remote in a very small village, however she was extremely unhelpful with providing information in regards to how to get a taxi from the villa. Next, we were informed the freezer was broken. In 33 degree heat this was a serious issue for us. Upon saying that it was broken, and that they would get a new one to us on Tuesday (we arrived Saturday), I asked if there was any time way of getting it replaced sooner, to which she said to me ‘you’re not in the UK anymore, I don’t know if you’ve been abroad much but things don’t work as quickly around here’. This was so rude, unacceptable & incredibly patronising. This was much of the response whenever we asked for any help for literally the basics & the conversation turned into a very hostile and heated discussion, something I have NEVER experienced with any rental property. If you’re looking for a nice villa with busy towns & lovely beaches 15-30 mins taxi away, this place is great - just don’t expect a warm welcome.
