The house is clean and well equipped. Air conditioning working very well (important when it's getting very hot). The host (Ioannis) is very helpful and answering quickly to any question or request. The house is located very close to the Hovolo beach (walking distance) so it's very convenient for a relaxing day. Other very nice beaches are reachable in short time (from 10 to 25 min drive). In the Neo Klima village there are some nice tavernas and bars. Boat rental is very close as well.

We were expecting a bigger apartment with two bedrooms and separate kitchen. I probably did not pay too much attention to the description. The wifi is rather unstable, depending on the day. The outside of the house could be improved giving a better impression at arrival. All in all my impression is that we paid more than what is worth.
