Lovely private location in a very quiet resort with a fabulous semi private beach nearby

Très bel emplacement. Point de vue exceptionnel à 180°. Les propriétaires ont été charmants et attentionnés. Cette maison est très bien équipée. Elle permet aussi de profiter d’une petite plage, accessible via un courte descente à travers les oliviers. Nous avons passé un très bonne semaine.

La maison surplombe sur le village de Elios et toutes ses activités. Les débuts de soirée peuvent être vivants, mais jamais dérangeants.

The view is amazing and the house is beautiful. The hosts brought us figs from the nearby tree as well as grapes from their mountain hike. The highlight of the property is the private access to a little beach. It was our favorite place to swim and we didn’t even check out other beaches. We also loved having the visit of a friendly cat that we were sad to leave.

The noise from the beach bar. We almost left after the first day as we could hear the DJ playing music until 8:30pm and then we had the mamma Mia movie from the open air cinema (from that same beach bar) start at 9:30 every other night. We reached out to the owners who felt powerless and to the bar and while they lowered the music the next day, it went back to its original noise. It really is a shame as the house is so amazing. We weighed the pros and cons and decided to stay and enjoy the mornings that were thankfully music free but it wasn’t the peaceful stay we had hoped for. There is also a steep and narrow drive down to the house so be aware. Lastly, some nudists arrived in the middle of our stay, from the apartments (you share the private access)and we didn’t feel super comfortable staying at the beach. We didn’t tell the owners but we are pretty sure unit isn’t allowed.

Emplacement exceptionnel: vue magnifique sur la baie, grande terrasse, plage quasi privée en bas de la villa. Villa très grande et très bien équipée, hôte aux petits soins. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir!
