The location is exceptional, a short walk to the centre of everything. The view from the terrace is sensational and a great spot to have a “few” nightcaps. There’s a steady flow of local traffic past the terrace side of the apartment but the windows are all double-glazed, which cut out any noise inside and we slept soundly. Also, having Giovanna pick us up from the train station was a lovely gesture because it’s a fair way up the hill to the village.

We’ve stayed in over 30 different types of accommodation on this trip and this is the only one that has charged a linen fee. And at €20 per person ( x 4 for us and cash on arrival) it is excessive, especially when the towels are of poor quality and there is no daily changeover or room service. Other than that, this place is awesome

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Alles ist vorhanden was man so für den Alltag braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist hier der grosse Kühlschrank. Auf dem Balkon haben wir viele Stunden verbracht und die tolle Aussicht genossen. Zu Fuss ist alles innert kuzer Zeit gut errichbar (5 - 10 Minutern). Der Servise des Vermieters ist Top, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Seine Tips bzgl. guten Restaurants haben jeweils voll unserer Geschmack getroffen. Wir haben den Taxiservice des Vermieters in Anspruch genommen, klappte TipTop. Bei der Hinfahrt nach Taormina haben wir bereits Tips für die Umgebung bekommen (ein Dankeschön an den Bruder des Vermieters) Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, die Wohnung wurde uns sehr nett gezeigt und erklärt (eine Dankeschön an die Mutter des Vermieters) Zusammnfassen kann ich sagen, immr wieder gerne!

Einen Tag Regen, nehme an der Vermieter hat darauf keinen Einfluss.... Es gibt also nichts zu beanstanden oder zu meckern.

Kedves vendéglátók, kocsival vártak és a szállásra vittek minket. Hatalmas erkély gyönyörű kilátással, minden 5-19 percen belül gyalog elérhető (görög színház, Porta Messina, busz terminál), illetve a busz terminálról vagy a Porta Messinától busszal elérhető Savoca, Alcantara-szurdok, Isola Bella. 5 perc gyaloglással számtalan étterem, 3 percre bolt, viszont ennek ellenére a hangos, turistáktól nyüzsgő résztől elkülönül. Autó és motorforgalom van, de csukott ablaknál (október vége, november eleje) nem volt zavaró. Jól felszerelt konyha, hűtőbe bekészítve egy doboz gyümölcslé, lekvárok, vaj, toastkenyér, a fürdőszobában tusfürdő, stb. Tökéletes hely!

Ideal location for enjoying Taormina, just 7-10 min walking to the town center with all the shops and restaurants. We rented a parking spot for our car, which is a good idea as the parking is a challenge in the town.

Can be a bit noisy as the appartment is on the ground floor but this is not a very busy street so it was ok.
