お伝えしておいた到着予定時刻に伺うと、オーナーさまが外まで出迎えて下さいました。案内されたお部屋で簡潔な説明をして下さった後は、お預かりした鍵で自由に出入りすることができ、まるで自分の家のように気楽に過ごすことが出来ました。お部屋も清潔で、必要なものはすべて揃っていて、オーナーさまのセンスの良さに触れながら快適に過ごすことが出来ました。2歳半の孫娘は、お庭の水槽のメダカが気に入ったようです。特にお尋ねしたいような困りごともなかったので、オーナーさまにチェックイン時にお目に掛かっただけなのが残念と言えば残念だったかな？でも、お陰様で気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

Nous avons apprécié l’originalité de la maison. L’accueil de notre hôte était chaleureux. L’appartement est très agréable avec tout le nécessaire de confort. Nous avons eu le chance que nos hôtes nous attribuent une chambre plus grande en l’absence d’autres occupants. Le quartier universitaire est très sympa.

関西大出張、大学前、駅前だったので、非常に便利だった。コンビニ（ヤマザキ）も歩いてすぐで、朝食がなくても問題なかった。築40年の個人の家だが、鉄筋コンクリート築で、リフォームされており、きれいだった。ティーバッグ5個と湯沸かしがあったので飲み物に不自由しない。
お風呂はシャワーのみ。暖房の利きが悪い（アメリカのモーテル並み）。安いエアコンは暖房をケチっているので、オーナーさんはご注意。シングルサイズのベッドで落ち着かない。普通は（ビジネスホテルは）ダブルベッドでしょう。
