Good location and comfortability
I needed a cup of coffee
The cups provided in the room was very dirty and even I tried cleaning it was obviously not washed properly

Quiet location, close to the airport, room was clean and had everything we needed.
The room was BOILING and the window was the sash type, that only opened from the bottom and wouldn't stay open - we jammed a drinks can in the gap to keep it open. As we were on the ground floor, I wouldn't have felt comfortable having the window open like that had I have been alone as it wasn't secure.
