Modern little studio on the first floor with two beds (they can be separated or put together), fully equipped kitchen and A/C. The sofa can be used like the extra bed. The house is situated in calm zone, close to supermarket, on the way to the beach and close to Tulum centre.

We had a lovely 9 day stay in Tulum. The space was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, and the pool area was lovely to come home to each afternoon. We used the bikes quite a bit. An easy 3 minute ride to town, and 20 minutes to the hotel/beach zone. Thank you!!!

Mark was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. The place was comfortable and they supplied fresh water which was great. The pool and yard were so relaxing. Only negative is the construction right next to your bed, but we were up early and sightseeing most of the time so for the price and location we would stay again, it's like a little oasis from the heat. Thanks for you hospitality Mark!
