The holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2007, is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a porch swing.

The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is located on a 120 sqm enclosed property with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Das Ferienhaus ist für diesen Preis absolut in Ordnung! Leider ist das Zentrum ca. 1,5 km entfernt.
