About this house rental
The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The holiday home BAL MAR 148 (for 8 people) is located separately in the other semi-detached house.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 86 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.
Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is located on a 130 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property. A 10 sqm enclosed storage space (outbuilding) is available for bicycles.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus, sehr sauber,nur keine gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten(statt Couch nur eine hölzerne Eckbank)Trennung zum Nachbargrundstück nur durch einen wackeligen Holzzaun der einfach nur zusammengestellt wurde.
